I Havent moved for over 30 years, mum not for over 40 years and a between us accumulated a rediculous smount of stuff in our multi generational home. From enquiry through moving day start to finish Jay Stever, Zara, Lee and Jordan were efficiant, professional and supportive, just amazing. Especially cant thank them all ,especially Zaea, for her patience and kindness to Mum who has dementia. The team were particularly sensative to her needs , working patiently around her and answering her persistant repetative question with gentle calm and kindness.Absolutely recommend to all and aespecially anyone needing dementia ftiendly service. We used the packing service which took so so much presure and stress off my husband mum and I. the team labelled boxes carefully. . Everythong arrived safetly at our new home and was carefully placed in the rooms according to labels , with some adjudtments where furniture didnt fit and where I hadnt though positioning though, but the guys patiently moved things around. Absolutely first class service from Jay , Steve and Lee. They were like machines arrived on time and within minutes of accessing the plethora of boxes, furniture and shoes they were on it. They even dismantled the bed and wardrobes and put them back together in my new house. Everything was packed into the vans with precision and care. Would highly recommend anyone to use them. Moved house last week with Jay and the team and cannot fault any part of the service. We had the packing service and they came the day before to do the vast majority of packing. They swarmed through the house at ninja speed packing everything efficiently and securely. On the day of the move they were there bright and early and we were fully packed up and ready to go in just under three hours which was no small feet for a large four bedroom house, garden and garage. We also used their service to disassemble and reassemble some larger pieces (beds and wardrobes) and again this was faultless. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jay and the team to anyone and I know you would get excellent service.
